I'm from Poland and coming here with my big addiction to pornography and masturbation.

After I said-I'm gonna stop it after my daughter born. And I did - maybe for 2 weeks...
I found myself quite frustrating, shouting at my wife. I found myself demotivated, and quite hard to point myself on one thing, hard to concentrate on learning new things etc.

I can see how much pornography destroyed my brain, my passions, and trying to destroy my family, too!!!!!!!! So that's enough, I have to change it, so I'm here)))
