    Hello everyone, my name is Santiago, a friend has recommended this site and well ... we are here. I have had this problem for 3 years, until now, and I have never tried to solve it. But at this point in my life I have discovered that my life and the people around me have been affected. I will be generating a daily entry to tell you about my progress, I hope we get along.

    Welcome brother! glad you found this site. I struggled for months barely going a couple days, best was 8 days and since joining I had 35 days porn free and then i reset and now have 10 days without porn or masturbation. Huge difference from trying to do it alone!
