day 9 , i felt extremely strong urge since i was alone at home but thankfully i hold myself by the grace of Almighty.... i figured it out it was boredom today that was leading me there so next time i will try to make a shield on keeping my self from being bored... for this i am developing a habit of reading in me and thankfully i have an important interview within a month INSHA ALLAH so it will help me do a lot of reading and hence develop a healthy habit of a reading.

Welcome and keep at it. This addiction is hard to overcome. I recommend creating a journal in the appropriate age section, and analyze your thoughts and feelings. Create an action plan so when you feel triggered you can enact it immediately. This can save precious seconds. If you do relapse, don't beat yourself up about it. Learn from it and amend your action plan for the next time you feel triggered. We make mistakes so we can learn from them. Stay strong and I believe that you can do this!!
