Hello new world!!!

    Hello everybody, ( sorry for my English, I am learning and i think it will be good if i join english community)

    I am 16. Three weeks ago I started to improve my discipline. I recognize that I have a lot of addiciation(gadjet, porn and other) when I start this deal. One of them is porn addication and it's very big problem for me, because I try to nofap, but eventually I failed. My record it's two weeks. Today I have failed(one week), then I search in internet something about nofap, in the end i come here. I think it will be good for me if I get involved in this community do that.

    Welcome @abilka! There are folks here that can help. I hope you are able to find some meaningful connection and encouragement. Take it one day at a time. It is possible to quit PMO and quit for good. There are those here who can help.

    Hey Abilka,

    Your English is great for a 16yr old. Well done for coming this far too. You've found a great community for support. Try not to stress too much about slips, lapses and relapses. They happen. It helps the learning process to get up as quickly as possible after a slip, whilst always staying true to your higher values and goals in life. Keep pushing hard my friend.
