    Hey guys

    im new and this forum means world to me already. Im 28 year old PMO addict who just started the longest streak no-pmo ever in my life. I started my journey 23 days ago when i read the article "cowardly lion" which i assume most of you have read already.

    The urges are unreal now compared to 1 or 2 week ago. but the worst part is the erection im havin for no reason. i cant train in the gym nor be around any girl even if i am alone i will get erection. its really embarassing. before i used to turn to porn then M to feel abit relaxed but, now, i've no idea what to do since i quit all P and M together. i dont see much changes although my physcial strenght is really great now. i can lift heavy and finish my sets now. before i used to person around 5-6 reps.

    How are you doing? any experince you wanna share? do you smoke?

    First, you are doing great. I had stopped getting nocturnal and morning erections due to pmo. But, once I had stopped pmo for a few weeks, they came back.

    Then, like you spontaneous erections popped up (sorry for the pun). But, it wasn't funny. It's still happening, but more under control.

    So, yes, it's happening to you a bit earlier in terms of weeks than me, but I was right there.

    Start a thread in the journal section. They are listed by age. Start another one in the Rebooting section. Ask the same question in both.

    The reason I say that is because "your mileage may vary". Meaning my experience and yours may not track exactly. You deserve answers from lots of people.

    After I hit my flatline, then blue balls hit me. Ice and cool/cold showers helped.
