Greetings, I've been lurking here for some quite some time.

I'm somewhat new to the forum but I'm not new to NoFap. I've had some successful streak in the past but recently have relapse before new years day in 2019. Since then, my new streak have continued, I'm on 60 something days.

I don't watch porn, but my weakness have been the girls in social media and instragram models. Yep, those instagram models, especially if you're lying down in bed at night is a killer for me. But knowledge about the world and life has set me free so far from relapsing.
What I notice something that help if you have urges - meditation, prayer, maybe trying to take a cold shower like some people have said, and follow that up with some light reading of the bible or your favored spiritual scripture.
My goal now currently is to reach the 90th day mark. I'm just taking it one day at a time and using the art of sexual transmutation. One thing I found out is once you get pass a certain point, you also become aware of your other addictions as well besides masturbation such as laziness and smart phone addiction.
Yep, smart phone addiction. Are you addicted to your smartphone and constantly looking at it throughout your day? That's me right now. I think I can use my energy and better replace it with more productive activities such as writing, working out, reading, sketching and making plans for a future business.

NoFap is tough at first, but like anything else, it becomes easier and easier and more rewarding the more it's done. Also don't let wet dreams discourage you, there normal and use it as a learning experience.
