Hello!

I am 25 years old, and though my addiction is light, I have come to the conclusion that it is in fact an addiction; it has started to slowly infest my romantic and spiritual life; and I suspect that it played some tricks before; though I was unaware, because I had never thought of porn and masturbation as enemies; just stress relievers, right? But, as per usual, the content I'm into escalated; it contradicts my beliefs and it affects my spouse.

I am thinking of perhaps starting a 90 days no PM (sex with spouse will not be off limits) and journal on it on this forum, I will post in the appropriate age group and post the link here. I very much appreciate the support of this community on my quest.
