im a guy that just wants to get rid of watching porn and masterbation .it has effected my life but i didnt know until now like i get angry too fast and i cant control my emotions and i yell at my mom when she just told me to do my homework rather then satying on "the computer".I wish that i could just end this feeling of shame but its so hard to not masturbate to porn or hentai i tried NoFap in the past but i gave up on the 5th day and didnt return it to it.but now im sersiously considering it as an option that could fix my life .

Hi @darkgod, Welcome again! I can relate a lot with you bro. P & M numbed my emotions thus making me inconsiderate towards people around me.
