Hello, im Scada. Im a 17 yo man and i decided to start the NoFap journey because of porn addiction. Because of porn, i developped an HOCD and a PIED syndrome. I also want to stop porn because i feel less aroused by girls but i know that it's a secondary effect of porn. Im heterosexual. I've been masturbating for 3 years now and my highest streak is 19 days. I'm going to try the hard mode without any sexual relation for 90 days
