Hello!

I'm new to NoFap, although I have tried quitting PMO and compulsive sex for a while now, with not much avail.

I am finally admitting to myself that I am a sex addict. While it used to be a healthy, confidence-boosting part of my life and personality, it's been causing extreme harm to my self-esteem, relationships, career, and overall well-being for about a year and a half now.

I'm also a trans guy (born 'female,' now male)...wondering if there's anyone else like me on NoFap?
