Today i woked up early and decided to do some,meditation but the question is when meditating whats needs to run in my head.

If you want the real thing, then don’t do mental porn (PMO), need to knock one or two out, go for it if you must (I think). Physical sex is where it’s at man. Consider, all your competition are locked in the trans of fake mental porn, you’ll be at a terrific advantage with greater confidence in you communication game and your personal self confidence.
