    Hello all im Nikounik and im addict. And when i'm on nofap i get respect from males and female always touch me and look at me and i feel energy all day that i can work out all day. BUT i will THROW all that away for fake happiens of 5 sec, watching other people having sex like a loser becase im stupid addict and i have 0% dopamine now and im zombie. Tired, face is falling, my eyes are falling down oh and i have acne now.

    Try coming here and the subreddit for 1 hour a day post and read whenever you get urges it will help go outside talk to your family
