I found out about NoFap through an article that Fight the New Drug posted on facebook. Very encouraged that there is a community like this!
A little bit about me:
I have suffered from intrusive visions since I was little, for no apparent reason. When I started my meds for depression, all the visions vanished. That made me feel empty, so I went to porn. I'm now trying to stop, for so many reasons! I know porn is harmful, and I can see it changing me. I can't wait to be free!
