    Hi friends My name is emmanuel and I live in India (Hyderabad),I am 19 years old studying in institute of engineering and currently I am in 2nd year of my 4year bachelors degree , I am very ambitious but more than that I am very confused.And I had been viewing pornography for about 9 years and I am really very desperate now.I decided to quit 2 years ago but I was not abless to do it.I am not able good grades and not able to do what i wanted to do.Plz help me.

    Hello Emmanuel, and welcome to NoFap! Check out our starter e-book if you haven't already. It will provide you with all the information you need to get started on your reboot.

    Remember that you don't have to quit pornography altogether. You just have to quit it today. Keep that in mind as you start your reboot and juggle rebooting and your school work. Remind yourself regularly why you are quitting porn, have a plan in place for when the urges come, and always be on the alert. If you do those three things, your rebooting experience will be much more smooth.
