My name is Joe. I've been dealing with my porn addiction to ten years now. I didn't know there was such a thing. I was under the impression that it was healthy and I would always make excuses as to why it was fine. I'm in a committed relationship with my fiancé Kristen. We've been together for two and a half years now and through out our relationship porn addiction has gotten in the way. I've been doing this alone, trying to prevent myself from rebooting but it hasn't worked so I'm looking for a new way to take control of my life and I've good things about NoFap. So here I am seeking help and hoping for support.

I don't know. What I usually would do is stop going on free tube sites and twitter. And every time I would get the urge I would take deep breathes to calm me down.
