Hello.

Hi. My name's Jeff. (Obviously not that Channing Tatum meme) but yeah.
Anyways. I'm an 18 year old guy and I've been a victim of porn and masturbation addiction for the past three years.
But now I'd like to put an end to all this bs and luckily I came across this website somehow.
Over the past few months I've been suffering from the evil and unhealthy side effects of masturbating. Such as weak bones, low stamina, low concentration levels etc.
I've tried a lot times to put an end to my addiction on my own but just couldn't succeed no matter what. I'm also a bit shy and ashamed about this habit of mine so I've never opened up about this to anyone ever.

Now that I'm finally a part of this (successful - looking) forum, I have high hopes that I'll finally be able to overcome my addiction.

P.S - I still don't know much about this website/forum. About how it works and all, so please don't mind if I ever write something inappropriate.
