Help against erectile dysfunction?

    Hi community!
    Im an 18 year old, perfectly healthy guy, but I have experienced erectile dysfunction the past months and its driving me crazy!

    I am not watching a looot of porn, maybe just 4-5 times a week.
    I recently tried edging, could that be causing my problem??

    Anyways, I signed up here in hope to get some help.

    I really need to get my erections back, because my girlfriend is visiting soon and I dont want to be embarassed!

    Any help would be great!

    Relax. All is well.
    Welcome in our community. I think a NO_PMO-journey would help. Will not be easy but worth the effort.

    Sureley. Many have written in this forum that NO-PMO helped them to get out of ED.

    To be honest, I don't really have any strategies other than just resisting and simply not doing pmo!
    Problem is, this doesn't always work.
    Any suggestions?

    Porn addiction destroys erections. If you're experiencing ED I can almost guarantee it's because of the porn. You've become desensitized, it happened to me too.

    It depends on how long you've been addicted more than anything. The more desensitized you are the worse it is and the longer the recovery time will take. I expect it to take me many months without porn to truly heal. I'm in it for the long haul though.
