Help! Anxiety is over 9000

    Day 75 of 90 reboot relapsed 2ce. Last relapse was a month ago.
    So yesterday I was feeling fine until I saw a pic of some rapper on youtube and it put me in the state of mind I'm trying to fix with nofap. I did take some x pills and after that anxiety is too strong. I can enjoy a high if I'm not in the state of mind. And yes after this experience im 100 sober. Anything I can do to help? Any advice is apreciated
