(Help) Can PE caused by PMO be cured/reversed?

I remember the first time I did it at 12 or 13 I lasted a pretty long, normal time. It seems with more and more fapping it has gotten faster and faster to the point where I'm consistently under one minute, and if I tried I could be way faster...

I'm 17 and honestly I'm scared that I will embarass myself when I find a girl, which I don't think I'll have a problem with once I cure this crap. So does anyone please have some experience with PE and NoFap here and can tell me if it's curable by doing Nofap?
