Help! Constipation

    I'm in a deep reboot(13mo) but I've been constipated for about a month. All I experience is back pain, pain in the back sides and can't take a shit normally. Everything has to be forced and sometimes nothing come out. Also when I'm peeing I can feel nerves tingling sensation in my head.

    Is it caused by the reboot or something else?
