    This isn't scripture brother. This is a general guide. We all have minor differences. Ultimately, you will know when you relapse. This is a journey. If you think of this as only a streak, it will be very hard to have long term success. Most streaks ultimately are broken. Our goal is to be a person that no longer PMOs. Not an option. We don't identify with it anymore. That is the ultimate success.
