    6 days nofap, i am feeling shortness of breath, 122/82 bp and high heart rate
    Braim fog is there, are these withdrwal symptoms? Please help and stay connected.
    Does anyone else feel the same, no sexual driv/ libido at all.

    Hey Tanmay, These seem like withdrawl symptoms. Personally i don't experience them(physiologically) when abstaining. I don't know what to tell but try urge surfing. Even if you fail now, keep trying urge surfing slowly to make it easier to follow. All the best. You got this man
