Help: health issues

I’ve got symptoms on day 50 where I feel like my head is about to explode, my eyes are teary, throat is numb and there are aches and pains throughout my body. There is also a dull ache in my right testicle and I cannot sleep as I had a coffee earlier in the day. As far as I’m aware I haven’t edged to any P at all (been on dating profiles and deleted my Instagram though) and my balls feel really heavy and full. Am I going through symptoms of edging or am I going through another flatline?
 
I feel so weird - I took a couple of ibuprofen painkillers in the hope it would reduce the pain and it has helped a little. It’s 2.45am in the morning and I’m not in the least bit sleepy either. It is only my right testicle that has that dull ache too.
 
Hey.. after my day 50 I felt really depressed and was about to break down anytime.
That went on for a week , now today on day 58 , I'm feeling slightly better.
We just have to patiently wait and let the emotions pass.
Even I created similar threads on my day 50.
No need to ejaculate , as you will have a wet dream when your body needs a release.
