HELP - Insomnia about the 15th day

    I'm about to complete 30 days on hard mode and since the beginning of the 3rd week I started to have severe sleeping problems. Even after a tiring day in College and working out I can't sleep at night, I feel my body and mind exhausted but I just can't sleep. It also happened last week, when I had 4 days off and was not so tired at bedtime. I only feel sleepy about 6am, and if I can, I sleep until 1pm. Has anyone had a similar sleep disorder and could help me? This tend to decrease as I progress in rebooting?

    Eliminate caffeine and sugar and you won't have any trouble falling asleep.

    Hey @countitjoy5 thanks for your reply. I dont drink coffe after 7pm, but today I will try not to drink coffe at any moment. All the best

    Agree with no coffee, no sugar. Some rigorous exercise would help (but more than two hours before bedtime).

    Don't sweat a few crappy nights of sleep. Your body will rest eventually if you stick it out.
