  1. Review the day. Ask yourself what happened to create the trigger. It might be a series of events, or it might have been just one thing. Once you know what triggered you, you can start to think about how to handle the trigger next time.

Thanks for suggesting to me, meanwhile today also I had 3 relapses. I am binging like a monster. I need to stop. I can see withdrawals coming. Their fear stops me and the urges start me.

  3. If fear motivates you, here's an exercise.

    Step 1
    • Stand up (don't sit down). Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
    • Visualise what life will be like in six months if you don't change, if you continue this nonsense. As clearly as you are able, see the future, hear what it sounds like, feel what you feel. If you can't visualise (not everyone can), describe aloud what you believe the future will be like. Include not only what it will be like for you (e.g. career progress), but also for the people who will be directly or indirectly affected by your behaviour (e.g. your future children).
    • Repeat the exercise for one year in the future.
    • Repeat for two years in the future.
    • Repeat for five years.
    • Repeat for ten years. At this point, if you've done the exercise properly, you'll be feeling shit.
    Step 2
    • Open your eyes, walk around, shake your arms and body.
    • Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
    • Again, visualise six months in the future, but this time how it will be if you make the changes that you need to do. As before, see, hear and feel in the best detail that you can, or describe it out loud. Again, include the benefits not only for you but also for the people who will be affected.
    • Repeat for one year in the future.
    • Repeat for two years.
    • Repeat for five years.
    • Repeat for ten years.
    Step 3
    • Again, open your eyes, walk around, shake your arms and body.
    • Sit down, and answer the question, "Which future is the scary future?"
I suggest that you make some SMART goals (google this) for your life, so that you have something to aim for instead of complete self-destruction. If you can afford it, hire a qualified life coach (not a therapist. A life coach who has trained with a life coaching school).

    Good luck!

I must say, if anyone reads this he is going to change no matter what. Thanks for unbelievable good tips. I will follow it. I must follow it. Step 2.

@Mordobarn, you are very helpful and I like the fact that you helped me so much. No words for your helpfulness.

I am ready to put some fight now, you motivated me a lot but as today I had binged for 4 times, my words to the monster 'binge' - "This is the last time you were in my life, get out of here".

I will now do every possible thing to make my life better, get rid of complusive addictions like PMO.

    Thanks a lot.

This is the pure proof why you are 400+ days on your streak.

Did the discomfort in your testicles go away after a few days? I binged two times on Sunday and also once one Monday, and have been having these weird aches and discomfort alternating in right and left groin and testicles. Is this normal?

@Davidman Let me clear one thing that I battled with that discomfort for long and somehow it was related to over fapping as I had the symptoms on and off for months and yes you should stop any PMO activity for now and forever and wait for a week if the symptoms are not very serious.

The best you can do besides waiting and doing Nofap + exercises + eating healthy is that you visit a doctor.

But most probably the pain will ease within few days, but you try the best but also be mentally prepared for anything wrong.

    Good luck
