Help! Is this PIED?

First, I'm now on Day 7 after having a 2 week relapse with heavy PMO usage in the last week of the spiral.

Maybe it's part of aging, but I feel like I have an issue. When it comes to sex with my wife I (typically) have never had an issue with getting or maintaining an erection. The response time has increased slightly, but I am in my late 40's now. [IMG] My issue is this; when I want to masturbate, when my wife is away for a long time or she is having her period, it is extremely difficult for me to get an maintain an erection. Is this normal?

I should also add that if I add Porn to the mix, nothing changes. I have trouble getting and maintaining an erection even with the use of porn!

Also, talking to a couple of buddies, I don't have random/ spontaneous erections throughout the day anymore. Is this because I masturbate? Is this age related?

I do have ADHD and take Adderall XR for it. Could these issues be a side effect ?

So have looked and looked for someone that is having the same issues. I infrequently used porn in the past for masturbation, although last week I used it more than I have in the last 2 years. It didn't change the issue I am having.

I have started worrying so much about my issue, that it has started effecting my sex life. I now worry if I'm going to be able to get and maintain an erection with my wife! So, I'm now starting to have Anxiety Induced ED.

Stop watching Porn all together and any social media images, also stop masturbation. Now...... watch the sex dreams start happening, wait for the overnight and morning wood, which are clear signs your testosterone is increasing .Your brain will be so geared up to have sex with your wife that an erection will be imminent and you will be 3 times harder !!

It probably is the beginning stage of PIED. That said, that is good, since your recovery might be much sooner than others. But do not let that make you sloppy. It doesn't matter in what context, but if you are able to have an erection in any imaginable context, then there is no physical issue. Having morning wood is also a sign that you have NO physical issue.

Do the following for at least 30 days (preferably 90, but I respect that you maybe wouldn't want that being married):
    1. No Sex, Porn, Masturbation or Orgasm
    2. Exercise a LOT
    3. Sleep well. 7-8 Hours daily minimum. No exceptions
    4. Take L-arginine and L-citrulline
    5. Use a Zinc and Magnesium pill before bed (take care with Zinc doses. No more than 20mg per day from capsules imo)
    6. No porn substitutes like Facebook, online dating sites, Instagram b*tches and stuff
    7. Forget about your problems and focus on the return of peace to your mind. Meditation is perfect for this
    8. Do exercises that relax the pelvic floor muscles

Thank you for your advice! In the last few weeks I have started a multivitamin that contains Zinc & Magnesium, a friend recommend this also. In the last two days I've started taking a Nitric Oxide boostersupplement, it contains L-citrulline. Also, this week I've started taking Melatonine to help with my sleep. I'm also trying to relax a little more and not obsess about my perceived issue.

I'm going to try this "cocktail" for a few weeks before I try to add L-arginine. I *think* I can already tell a difference!
