    Okay, I am currently on Day 6, but I have been getting so many urges that it is getting unbearable. These urges are mainly because of this stunning girl that I've seen at school today. Being a teenage boy with hormones, I instantly looked at her body... I feel terrible for sexualizing her, I know that girls should not be sexualized, but I just couldn't help it. Please help me... What can I do to get over this girl?? I need some help, I've gone for 5 days and I don't want to give in now, but I'm honestly in pain... PLEASE HELP!!

    Remember that you are in control of yourself. You have the ability to not relapse. Clear your thoughts by doing something else and keep your hands away from the area in question at all times. Take a cold shower. Pretend like this girl doesn't even exist. Do nofap and get your head right. there's no satisfaction in a second of pleasure followed by prolonged despair. If you can master patience and discipline and become master of your domain pleasures await you in the future that are far greater than the cheap and degrading experience you will have relapsing. If you ever want to have honest mutual love with a girl like the one your talking about then continue on your nofap journey.

    You know what's right; things get rough but it's only temporary. If your going through hell keep on going and be proud of resisting instead of ashamed for giving in.
