I know it's really uncomfortable, but if you have someone really close you can talk about it to, and someone who can remind you to keep it up that can significantly help. I don't have someone like that, but I do know friends that struggled with it and was comfortable talking about PMO with them. If that works you can always try consoling someone.
I'm only on 4 days, so I can't give you a solution but as a fellow Fapstronaut I'd say to stop thinking about NOT doing it, but start doing something else. NoFap isn't only just about not indulging in PMO but it's also to reveal your full potential.
Write down some of your reasons to why you want to quit. Write down your pain. Writing down things help.
On this forum, there's a daily intention thread to where you state everyday a reason to why you won't watch pornography today. Say your statement, and remind yourself throughout the day.
Right now, you have the utmost possibility to do everything you always wanted to do but because your mind body and soul was in the wrong direction you couldn't.
I think the solution to NoFap is different for everyone's. I was about to go on for 2 years without PMO, but unfortunately indulged in it. It sucks, it hurts a lot, but I know why I fell back into this hell. I left everything that kept me away from PMO... My spiritual/religious side completely destroyed, and everytime I tried to renew my faith (I have faith, but my faith is definitely not as strong as before due to lack of worship) I'd get to a point of high, and then completely crash and sin everywhere. Right now, I may not be able to renew my faith but I know that NoFap doesn't always have to be magical and spiritual. You can also counter it psychologically. Find ways to rewire your brain, rewire your situations so you are less likely to commit it. You'll fail, and fail and fail. But don't ever give up.
You've already committed yourself to changing your life. Your life will change, by stopping PMO from ruining your life. You'll never be the same, and you'll always be happier. You can never regret resisting your urge and quitting PMO.
Find your way, dig into your soul and your habits and I promise you even the people around you will notice and they'll lift you up too.
