Help me recover from masturbation. Also a recovery journal.

Hello everyone I am a 14 year old and have started masturbation last month and I feel bad for doing it aldready and have a feeling that I may get addicted. So I just want to stop. Any advices to me on my journey would be great. Also I am gonna use this thread as a daily journal writing
Down my experiences every day until the coming new year ie 1st of jan. Also I am gonna write down a reason every day why you shouldn't masturbate to motivate myself and you maybe. Hope you ppl help.
