    any advices for me on doing NoFap?
    I tried to do this but it's looks like I keep relapsing.
    I mean I just want to clean my brain from Porn
    that keeps defeating me. Please.. I dont want to relapse over and over again
    .
     
  2. You need to make a plan for when your're bored at home so every time you feel an urge you can carry out the plan, its all about redirecting your energy and attention to something else. For example, if you are on your computer and you feel a strong urge, turn it off and go outside for a twenty minuite walk, if you are still feeling an urge go for a longer walk or do anything that will redirect your energy and attention from porn to something else. If it is late at night and you dont want to go outside, do a small workout or listen to a whole album. The important thing to realise is that urgers dont last forever and they will go.

    1 do not watch porn, or soft porn, or naked females, or poorly naked females, don't cheat, don't watch porn

    2 Don't touch your pee pee except for pissing

    I would suggest just consciously asking yourself the question every time you get an urge.. What's the point of doing it? What do i gain from it? And what do i lose from it?
    Well you gain absolutely nothing from it.. at all.
    You lose alot from it, your self worth for starters. and if you keep it up you will have a zinc deficiency (do a search on zinc deficiency)
    It's fucking pointless for a 5 second brain freeze that leads to you having to clean your hands and dick up and looking like a fool.

    First you must understand that it is your body and you are the one who controls it so when you PMO is because you wanted to PMO. What I do to never PMO again is organize the process of PMO in steps. Most people see it this way "Arousal -> Masturbation -> Regret" but actually it is more complicated than that. "Boredom/Anger/Anxiety -> Wonder about watching pornography -> Decide to watch pornography -> Get in front of device -> Look for pornographic site -> Enter site -> Look for the kind of things you are into -> Watch it -> Pull down your pants -> Masturbate -> Ejaculate -> Regret". Each step is a chance you have to stop, so you have a lot of opportunities to not do it.

    I agree, but at some point you reach the point of no return. You see something that completely mind fucks you and you have to have the will of Budha to be able to stop yourself from blowing a load all over your monitor. hahaha..

    Agree with @bfdet. Keep it simple. Don't beat yourself up if you slip. Try to get clear on why you want to do NoFap. What is negative to you in doing PMO and what possibilities is it keeping you from? Then start to go after those possibilities. Small steps at first. Good luck. Lots of support from this site.

    I have failed at rebooting easily 20 years before I found NoFap. What makes this program different is that there are people here who understand you, who have done it and are doing it. There's strength in that.

    1) Find an AP. Find someone whose comments resonate with you and ask them to be your AP. Or go to the AP forum and ask for one.

    2) Make a journal. This is the hardest step of nofap, writing on what you feel, what's happening, opening yourself up. It's hard because PMO happens in private, and we are soooo lazy because porn is instant gratification. We have zero ability to concentrate because watching videos (edging) affects our frontal lobe. So we can barely sit still, have zero patience, and zero concentration. Plus we can't share it with anyone normal, so explaining it anywhere else is super challenging--here, for the most part, people are understanding. But for you, writing what you feel will help you like a research scientist examine what is going on in your head. Much of the triggers and acting out behavior is emotional, I'd suggest 90% emotional, only 10% is visual or sexual. Writing it out gives you a window into what your body is doing with its emotions and resolving life's challenges with PMO instead of dealing with it.

    3) Join a group and help someone else. Doing this will take your focus OFF of yourself, and in trying to be helpful for someone else, you'll actually help yourself.

    That's the 3 steps I did when I came here.
    When I came here I did not KNOW I was an PA or an SA (sex addict).
    I had HUGE denial, even delusional I'd say.
    I did NOT want to quit porn, I just wanted to control my addiction.

    the three steps above I did, and seriously, I am so much better.

    Also, I did not even "stress" to stop doing PMO. You can go to my statuses and see how I thought each day... I think I was focused on being accepted before I wanted to try a nofap streak. I was afraid to fail again and feel disappointed.

    The reason why I'd suggest doing the above three things BEFORE ever trying to stop, is you need a network to support you when you fail. You need to be identifying how you feel, what your triggers are before you ever try.

    I spent a week failing (purposefully) before I ever attempted a Nofap streak. when I felt better then I just added the tracker, I still didn't try very hard. Even going a few hours was tough. Just the fact i was going to try to quit made me want to PMO more. :)

    yeah, I was really really really addicted. But, think of it that PMO hollows you out. Have you ever had a cavity? You know the inside rots then the outside. So imagine your brain has a huge porn cavity. The inside is rotten, you try to put a NoFAP crown on the top of your head before cleaning out the cavity and it won't work, it'll cave it very very easily. The best thing to do is deal with the cavity first-- that's what the 3 steps above do.

    Forget about a streak up front, just spend time digging into your habits, your triggers, your mind, your history, if you have sexual trauma (I did), unearth ALL as much as you can. share that with your AP and here. Do all that first. the streak is a natural result of a health-focused brain. Once you identified what emotions are needing attention, you can deal with them outside of PMO, and the drive to do PMO will be greatly weakened. This thing is NOT about self-control. I don't have it. Its about making very micro-small decisions that lead to no-pmo. Make enough of them, and you'll be great!

    No, i am vegan for only 2 years, its needed 12 years for that vitamin to dissapear, but yeah thats the only thing that vegans are missing :)

    Its too much information, just do research, there are studies, books, one of strongest men in the world Patrik Boboumian wrote book about it

    He said:

    "This is a message to all those out there who think that you need animal products to be fit and strong, almost 2 years after becoming vegan i am stronger then ever before and i am still improving day by day, dont listen to those self proclaimed nutrition gurus trying to tell you that you need meat, eggs and dairy to get enough protein, there are plenty of plant based protein sources"
