help need motivation close to relapse

    hey everyone.. so i work in a bar and after finsh i had a few drinks myself to relax. So at the minitue im feeling a lone etc.. horney lol been like 2 weeks or something since i relasled. ps sorry for the spelling lol. i want to look at porn im near drunk any words of advice dudes so far this website hs helped me so much and your advice has heled me so much

    Hey dinydiny,

    17 days is a real achievement! Do you have a journal to remind you what it has taken to get to 17 days?
    Just try get through the day. Avoid your triggers if you can, take a cold shower, read a book!

    Maybe in future it would be best to not use alcohol, a lot of people will not drink or do drugs while doing PMO. You've gotta get your brain to experience things in a fresh way. If you would normal watch P after work, what are the steps you would normal do? Get home, jump on the computer, go to the internet etc... break those habits. Get home, take a cold shower, and doing something creative with you time.

    You can get through this man, I would recommend not drinking in this early, very difficult stage of nofap. Alcohol tends to increase your sex drive and lower your inhibitions neither of which are good when you are trying to stay away from PMO.

    dude!!! thank you yeah i know however i love to have fun and drink, currently trying to stop PMO and its going well just when im drinking its a weakness. 17 days is my all time record man and i fell great just because i havent got a gf atm its really hard. Thank you so much for replay, my name is Steven Henry im basiclly drunk yet im on this website feeling low yet im on this site seeking a reply and you have made me feel amazing thank you so much. ps 11 days your on, i never though i could do this but you have given me the push to push on

    Hey dinydiny,

    While not useful for the immediate term, I've found that listening to Michael Emery's Reimprinting yourself mp3 has been extremely helpful for keeping me strong when the urges hit. It usually takes about a week of listening every day til it starts to kick in, but I find that I have much stronger motivation in those moments of temptation if I can get myself to listen on a daily basis.
