Hello everyone I'm 24yo guy seeking help for sissy porn/hypno addiction.

I just can't refrain myself from watching and masturbating to it. I tried to move away from my computer but couldn't do it for more than two days. Usually i'm very fond of long hair of girls and i do fantasize of having such long hair which gives me a turn on and then i can't control myself from watching sissy hypno/porn. Why do u want to quit pmo? Look at the benefits. You can search youtube for nofap benefits or nofap superpowers.
I remember if you quit pmo your brain will search for other tools in regards with your sexual energies and youll attract women. Clean life. No bad conscience. Youll be happier.
And when u get tempted again.

It is really important to fully know why you want to quit porn and masturbation. List it down if it helps making it clearer and read the notes when you feel temptation. The number one thing that has helped me is keeping busy with work, gym, study and most importantly prayer. Believe in yourself brother, we all do fall to rise again at some point. You must be determined that it is this day you said you've had enough and eliminate every posibility of a relapse.

Yes, may be i dint convey properly the reason i want to quit PM. I'm worried of damaging my own organ, I also feel pure bliss while watching n masturbating and utter disgust once i'm done with it. My mind wants to me be a girl in all sense and then i get frustrated about why i thought about that(hope i properly conveyed it this time).

You definitely MUST quit pmo. First it is a sin to our Creator. He didn't intend us to create to watch porn and masturbate and have our semen be wasted.
God created our penis for a woman that we will marry. And semen is for inside of the woman to create a baby.
He did not intend to create us to waste our semen and wipe it with a towel or something. Nor he intended us to watch couple having sex.

No right.? We are not created to watch people having sex that thing is supposed to be in private not to be broadcast.
