    Hello there,

To start with id like you to thank you for reading this post.

I used to have urges alot espescially after 4 days a few months ago. I used to go to the gym, eat healthy, take cold showers, meditate and not game at all. Now since i am back in lockdown due to corona i slipped on my diet where i eat alot of sugar, i rarely excersice, dont take cold showers at all anymore and to be honest i game all day. Medidating is also very long ago.
Now this is what changed dramatically.
Now i have the feeling these things did something to me t levels i am on day 8 and havent had any urges at all. Noithing which is very strange. I feel okay but not super great. Very strange, normally this is a heavy fight when i start getting over the 5 day mark.

I want to say i feel okay really i do its just weird very weird? Is it because im gaming and i focus on that? Cause sometimes i still have boners but no urges at all. But yet again i used to game in the past even worse than now and then i used to fap 3 times a day.

    Any comments?

  2. Thanks for writing.i have constant urges. I'm a college footballplayer who has been watching porn for 8 years. Everytime after practice I need to edge to get the aggression out of my body.. I go to the gym often and get hard almost every time. I take cold showers after workouts. I had done good but recently had a setback if you see my history you'll read what last few weeks were like. Now I've been fapping 2-3 daily now and wake up morning wood and gave wet dreams weekly. Advice?

  3. I'm taking supplement l-arginine to improve lifting in my workouts maybe making me more aggressive and turned on?
