    Hi i am 14 yesr old and i am abstained from pmo 80 days and today i am online date with a girl and see porn and nudes pic.then i relapse.now i im fill shame and guilty.i have a question today's i am relapse and for this my testosterone levels is low.i want to do nofap unit i i married.i am addicted to masturbations

    Hey! It's a good streak you had there....80 days is an amazing streak...don't lose hope yet, you can still stop completely, you just have to be strong and fight the urges and believe in yourself!
