    Hey guys,
My name is Rhys, and I am a 17 years old with a PMO addiction. I have been battling this addiction for over a few years now and I am really not proud of it.
I first started watching sexy YouTube videos, but then my addiction intensified and now I watch really messed up videos (some I don't even want to mention I am that disgusted by).
I have tried very hard to overcome this addiction, my best record being at 2 weeks and 5 days.
That probably isn't much for you guys, but I really do want to improve this, that is why I am here. My main reason why I want to get rid of PMO is because of how twisted my addiction has become over the years. It has skewed my view on real love; real relationships with real women.
I see girls on the street and all my mind sees them as is a piece of meat, and I don't want that.
I want to see them for who they really are, and I want to feel real love.
So please anyone who is out there who is happy to, maybe on a daily or weekly routine, message me and see how I am going, just to keep me on track.
I think just to be able to talk to someone canstantly will be able to push me through and will help me a lot.
So please, if anyone is interested, please let me know as I really need the help.
    Thanks guys.

  3. Your view on women will change over time the longer you abstain from PMO and porn. I to have watched some messed up porn, you start with "mild" stuff but your brain becomes bored so you venture out to the kinds of things you'd normally never have thought of and find repulsive. I've just discovered in the last few days that porn doesn't even arouse me anymore and that I've been doing it out of pure boredom. Try finding hobbies and activities to replace porn, keeping yourself busy will decrease the likeliness of PMO bigtime. I'm stating a fresh streak today but have learned a lot from my relapses and that's what is really important when and if you relapse. I to can help you out on your weekly routine.

    Thank you Phoenix2/21/2017,
We all know the struggle and like everybody here knows, what we once watched from what we watch now has changed dramatically.
I do agree with you that relapsing can be very important as it lets you know or informs you what went wrong, what you can improve on and how to do so.
I have also been trying to find some activities to replace PMO as I understand that when I have nothing else to do, the first thing my brain thinks of is go watch porn.
    Thank you for the help
