    Hi Folks,

It's my 10th day of No fapping. I've tried it before, didn't last more than 14-16 days. This time I've made a goal to go all the way to a month, but I'm having a lot of trouble in that.

My sexual desire is out of control, I'm filled with energy with no output (No Sex. I'm single currently.) The urge to masturbate is overpowering. My mind wanders more than ever, concentration has dipped as well which is affecting my studies and work too.

I want to gain control on myself, and not masturbate. Any tips will be highly appreciated regarding this.

I think you might have already heard this before but start exercising like a maniac. Exhaust your body and mind in anyway you can, all that excess energy needs to be used up some way. Also consider sipping some green tea, helps with the raging sex drive.

Any tips regarding concentration and mind wandering? How did you cope with this mate?

  4. You already did sincere efforts and this is what counts. I don't believe in controlling mind by mind. It helps me to focus on what I really want: true happiness. Mind tells you "Fap now! You will be happy." And when you fail in resisting it tells you "How could you do this? You are such a disgusting guy."
Mind often has a loud voice, your heart is just whispering. Listen to your heart. "Enjoy the benefits of abstinence. There is nothing wrong with sex, but you have to get rid of addiction."

I am not religious. But if there is a creator I know, he will not judge you, he loves you. He also loves you when you relapse. Just do your little effort and focus on all which lifts you up. The NO PMO-journey is not easy but worth the effort.
