Im new to NoFap. I am calling on to others to help me help myself stop porn and to be a better person. Every day, every single day I watch porn and it runs my life. I don't rly have friends and I know I need them but all I can think about it porn. I hate myself for starting the addiction. I use to write poetry and I was planning to publish but my addiction ruined that too.
I just need someone to put my mind at ease, I just feel so alone. I'm a 21 year old Male.

 

Yeah I want to be able to be with a girl and be happy to be out with her ya know... it sucks so much. Thought I was stronger than I was.
