    I feel this is rather harsh.

    But I can't argue with this. @Tobirueben you need to keep your hands of your genitals and find something productive to take up the free time you've got on your hands. Once you start moving away from PMO you'll start moving towards productive activities that are going to keep your mind off of things. Everything will come together once you cut M'ing out the picture you'll be great. Once you start moving you'll be attracted real women and want to do the real thing brother. Trust me it is possible and i wish you luck.
