hi guys, call me Vi. I'm 23 years old. I really wanna quit porn ,and masturbation . I've been using porn too much lately. Mostly because I miss my girl, we're in a very long distance relationship, other than that I'm having financial issues with my college and all that, which always makes me turn to porn for some temporary relief which always gets back to worst than it was after that short period of time. I've tried quitting several times, but I couldn't stay away for more than 2 weeks. I have no idea how to deal with this, I'm pretty sure my porn usage has already taken a huge tole on my body and mind, when I read porn addiction symptoms, most of the time it's check, meaning I have it. I need to quit before I get in to the nastiest shit in porn.

How do you stop thinking about your girl ? It’s impossible.Especially if she’s far far away and there’s no way you can spend time with her
