    Feeling really bad urges to relapse today head is replaying images from porn I have watched in the past. There’s a “voice” telling me it will be ok it’s only once give in. I’m staying strong and have headed On here for guidance. Really hit a wall today after not feeling as bad as I thought (streak from 6/10). Didn’t sleep well and feeling low today. Need to keep strong and pull through again. Will it get better or worse before it gets better? HELP

    Everyone is different as far as how long withdrawals will last. Just keep in mind that if your having these symptoms that means you are healing!! You’re doing great. I know the urges are strong but if you give in...it will still want more. Lust is never satisfied. Find joy in the struggle. Stay positive and stay strong :)

    Still going strong thank you for the words of encouragement. Day 18 still in tact. Wet dream happened today and I don’t know what to make of it. Will it set me back? I’ve read it won’t as it’s natural but just wanted to ask.

    Your 18 days, it's not comparable at 15 minutes of PMO.
    18 days is 25 920 minutes, 15 minutes is not equal at 25 920 minutes.
