I was on a 14 day streak for the first time in a year on Tuesday, having PMO'd twice since then I'm a little stuck as to how to stop, I'm only 15 and I need help

    So a couple things:
    1) You are a teenager, you are going through puberty. There's a lot of hormones in there right now. I'm not sure I'd recommend nofap to someone under the age of 18 because you will probably go insane. What I would say is try to put boundaries on it, set aside a very limited amount of time per day/week for PMO, so you can focus the rest of the time. Certainly no edging or hours-long porn sessions.
    2) If you do still want to commit to nofap, you need to have something to replace your fap time with. Working out, doing schoolwork, exercising, playing video or tabletop games, hanging out with friends, going to the movies - just something else to do with yourself. Having hours of alone time where you're bored is not going to do you any favors.

I would also recommend wearing briefs instead of boxers if you don't already - you might get teased for them at school, but you'll get fewer urges.
