    I’m 29 I’m a porn addicted seriously addicted to lesbian porn for more then 10 years and I have serious fantasies of women I want to stop but I can’t Nd I got serious mental illness depression really bad and I really try to quit but I relapse every time I can’t stop watching porn it’s like it never ends my anxiety and stress is really bad too

    I also used to have a lot of depresion before I started nofap. But when I reach about one week I feel better, sometimes I feel like a child. I'm still in the struggle. Don't give up.
