help !!

i have been relapsing alot but since the corona quarntine things started escalating quickly although for a time i didnt care about PMOing alot but deep down i new i wasnt ok... now i really hate myself for doing it .. i really hate that i cant live without it i know that ive been adficted for years now with times better than others but i see no end for that addiction specially not soon ..which makes me feel desprate. and now after each relapse i remember this fact and . i really dont know what to do ... if u experienced the same i would appreciate sharing ur thoughts or ways that actually worked with you.

I know exactly how you feel about wandering if you'll ever escape addiction and how long it may take. l also relapsed several times trying to get used to being home all day.

I've added 3 new things to my routine that have helped me a lot with pmo addiction. 1 Wim Hof breathing and cold showers. 2 Yoga on days I don't work out. 3 (probably the most helpful for me) Listening to at least 1 lecture every other day on the science of addiction and recovery . I hope these all help you if you try them.

thank u candun i will sure try thoseout . ut do u kniw where i could get good lecs about recovery. i already did alit of research a ehile ago so i rarly find something interesting

If you search "Donald Hilton" on YouTube you should find an interesting and informative lecture about pornography addiction specifically. For a lecture on addiction in a slighty broader sense, search up "Kevin McCauley".
