Hi guys

i just edged and, i have been struggling with porn for a long time. I was edging for a prolonged time and later told myself this is sick, just sick. So i stopped and shutdown the porn site. I dont wanna watch porn i dont wanna do anything beside staying far away. I have been struggling with porn for a long time, and everyday I'm watching less and less, but still fail repeatedly but I'm watching less.

This time i edged for a prolonged time and ive read that finishing yourself off is better, but the thing is I don't wanna do that I just wanna stop watch porn. So i need help, advice what should i do, me personally i wanna never watch porn again.

As for my badge i havent updated it.
 
Just stop edging, seriusly, its worst than finishing because the chemicals in your body keep overflooding your brain reinforcing this behaiviour, I now how sweet it feels, and I can not deny its tempting allure, but we must resist; what you are asking is like wanting to quit drinking booze, but wanting still to get drunk, with all do respect, it makes no sense to me.

You're on the right track, it's better to edge than to relapse. When you get an urge use a technique I invented called the triple happiness technique.

Pick something from the past that makes you genuinely happy, something in the future that makes you genuinely happy and then look at your surroundings and pick something you're happy about in the present.

This shouldn't take you more than 30-60 seconds, if you do it right the urge should be gone right there, try it.
