i don't know... both are broad in terms of "categories"... with hentai the limit is not even practical, it's the imagination of the authors... at least there is no actor involved if you are concerned about it. but there is someone who does the drawings, which kind of hard to imagine !

 

Hentai is porn. Imo it's worse.

 

hentai is a pornographic form of manga and anime, in short it's porn. Just treat it like that.

 

What's the difference? That it's animated? Much of it features the same things you'll find in P videos or other erotic content. Actually, because it's animated, things that aren't typically humanly-possible are also often shown, which oftentimes makes it much, much worse than P videos.

Agree with everyone else, hentai is another form of porn. If you experience high levels of sexual stimulation from watching it then it most likely has a very similar effect as regular porn.

The problem with porn / hentai is that it rewires our brain to get excited from pixels instead of getting excited from human touch.
So yeah, it is as bad as porn if not worse
