Ima skip the BS, I’ve know about this for a year and tried my best to cut down... now I’m trying to go 0 porn.. I’m going for a content blocker on my phone and putting the code in a container and tomorrow I’m going to burry it in a hard to access spot so I can eventually turn the blocker off if I need to but not just spontaneously go grab the code in the night to jerk off.

I know the content Blockers are all shit but hopefully this does me good. I’m going to try to be semi active on this fourm. But don’t get me wrong. I’m not on here or doing this for the nofap whatever.. I’m trying to give my dick a break because when I jerk off and orgasm.. the next time I get a boner that day it hurts, like really hurts.. so that’s hopefully not jerking off will help(if anyone knows what I’m saying please let me know) and also I’m planning on getting Into a relationship with a girl I really like soon and don’t want porn to fuck it up somehow.

  2. Be strong man, I believe in you.

Focus on your relationship and ditch porn, I like to think of my journey as throwing my addiction into a hole, and the longer my streak the deeper that hole.

@Ronila asks a very important question here. Now how many days you've gone without jerking your dick of to Porn, but what are you doing with your life that matters.

I, hands down accept that I am not making any tangible progress in my life. But it will not happen over night. Every time I go out and workout and make an effort to do it regularly, its a step in the recovery process. I have a small notepad I got it for 1$ at the $ store. I made a page to fill in the date whenever I took a cold shower, one page for workout, one page to track the time I woke up.....stuff like that.
