Here comes the Frenchy !

As the title points out, i'm French, so please be tolerant about my english level which is far from being perfect. I have to say I'm very glad joining this group Quitting pornography and faping is perhaps one the greatest and more difficult challenge i've ever faced and I think this community could help me achieving it I really began to try stopping at the beginning since january. I recently broke my record which is 10 days without porn or masturbation. During this NoFap journey I really discovered another part of myself. I was truly more energetic, motivated, calm and concentrate. I could work all day long, memorize better and be truly more focused. I gave in three days ago and since then, my life became a lot more confused

My goal is to stop definitely masturbation. I know this will be a long-term undertaking, but i'm really motivated. To begin, I would like to stop faping for 30 days. Let this journey starts today. I last faped 5 hours a half ago. Hope I will find support in this great website. Your help would be very precious !
