Not to sure where, when to start, how much to tell. I'll be soon 50, great familly with kids, been struggling with hidden bisexuality issues .My problem is not porn as such but going on video chat where I engage in sexual activities with all sort of people, mainly young men. I have councelling and I know I need to stop but even though I have reduced a lot, I haven't yet managed to stop completely .

I’m 50 have had a PMO addiction for 37 years.

If you have a family and kids they need you to be totally free from this. I’m speaking from my own PMO addiction experiences.
