    If you are interested, stick up! :emoji_lifter:
    All you need to do is take a sheet of paper and a pen. Start doing something and write down your results. Then, get back here and post it!
    You can do any of these:
    -push-ups :emoji_bow:
    -pull-ups :emoji_muscle:
    -squats :emoji_footprints:
    -jogging :emoji_runner:
    -cycling :emoji_bicyclist:
    -swimming :emoji_swimmer:
    or else ;)

    You can do it at the end of the day, everyday, so you could check up your progress. :emoji_writing_hand:
    Because it's better to run than to fap! :cool:

    I had to do less today, because muscles needed to rest. :cool:

    Cool, try to write down on paper how much you did and keep it near you, you'll do more progress that way
