    Hey all!

    New to Nofap, hoping this will be the thing to get me through this time. I realized I had a porn addiction about a year and a half ago, and I can never seem to get past the 7 day mark before relapsing. I'm realizing now I have to change my tactics if I want to free myself from this. Any advice is appreciated! I hope to be pretty active on here. Tomorrow is Day 1!

    Welcome to the forum! You're in the right place. All of us here could not stop PMO without each other's support. My advice is to educate yourself about porn addiction (www.yourbrainonporn.com is a good starting point), get an accountability partner, and create a journal in the appropriate journals section to log your progress.
